Rules & Regulations

Registration / Participation :

Exhibitors should register for their participation in the exhibition by submitting the registration form duly authorised by the head of the institution which involves acceptance of the exhibition rules, regulations & guidelines.

Eligibility :

Registration forms submitted for participation will be evaluated by the organizing committee and only on merit of the exhibit, participation will be confirmed and permitted.

Last Date :

The last date for receipt of registration forms at the fair office is
31st July 2019.

Space Allotment :

The Allotment of stall / space will be made strictly on first-come-first-serve basis and decided by the organizers.

Transport Documents :

Participants shall take care to see that the transport documents of exhibits are full and complete to satisfy the statutory requirements of State & Central Government to avoid any difficulties en route. The exhibits should be consigned in the name of the participants themselves or their local agents and not in the name of the organiser.

Exhibits In - Exhibits Out :

Authorised representatives of the exhibitors should be present at the time of entry of exhibits at the venue.

Arrival / Installation of Exhibits at Site :

Exhibit arrival & Installation from 28th August 2019.

Removal of Exhibits :

After 9 pm on 31 August 2019

Insurance :

All the participants are advised to arrange for comprehensive insurance cover for their exhibits at their own cost.

Force Majeure :

Under the conditions of Force Majeure, which also include strike, bandh, natural calamities and other events and decisions beyond the control of the organisers, the organisers are entitled to alter the dates, duration or cancellation of the entire exhibition. In the event of cancellation of exhibition, any expenses incurred by the participant for their participation in the exhibition will not be compensated by any means.

Limit of Liability :

The organisers are not liable in any form for any loss or damage to the exhibitor’s property at the exhibition site or injury to their personnel and visitors.

General :

The participant shall use the space only for exhibition purpose & not for cooking, staying or washing.

The decision of the Chairman of the fair will be final and binding with regard to change in the space allotted and enforcement of these rules & regulations as laid down by the organisers.

Jurisdiction :

All disputes are subject to Coimbatore Jurisdiction.
